GUWAHATI: Industries and Commerce Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary has extended warm wishes to the people of Assam on the auspicious occasion of Holi. In a statement, Minister Patowary said, ‘May the festival of colours strengthen the bond of love and friendship in our society.’
