GUWAHATI: The Excise Department and Guwahati Railway Circle performed a joint operation at Bhoothnath, Kalipur, Athgaon and Bamunimaidam on Saturday and destroyed various sulai selling points along with 150 litres of the spurious liquor. 3 have been detained under the Excise Act.
