Leopard cat rescued in Guwahati city

A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD), along with forest personnel, recently rescued a leopard cat that was stuck inside an abandoned well in the city.

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD), along with forest personnel, recently rescued a leopard cat that was stuck inside an abandoned well in the city.

According to police sources, the leopard cat has been sent to the Assam State Zoo for care and treatment.
