GUWAHATI: A team of UP Police of Didoli PS led by Anang Pal reported at Satgaon Police Station that a missing person, namely Mohsin Alam (23), along with gold ornaments and Rs 2 lakh from his own house without informing his parents, is taking shelter under Satgaon PS jurisdiction as per the tower location of UP Police.
Accordingly, a team led by SI Hitesh Basumatary proceeded to the location, i.e., the residence of Md Mahmud Alam, under Satgaon PS (where Md Mohsin Alam had taken shelter), and recovered the missing person along with all gold ornaments worth Rs 20 lakh, approximately.
One Royal bullet Enfield bearing registration AS 01 DK 3491, which he purchased with the amount of Rs 1,10,000 from Yahoo Motors, Matgharia, was brought to PS for further necessary action.
Later Mohsin Alam, along with all recovered items handed over to UP Police after observing all legal formalities, stated a press release.
