GUWAHATI, July 21: The Dispur police arrested an alleged mobile phone thief identified as Muktar Ali from Rukminigaon on Saturday. He hails from Kalgachia of Barpeta district. Meanwhile, a case (No 2068/18 u/s 380/411) has been registered in connection with the case.
