GUWAHATI, June 23: A miscreant, Kader Ali, was caught while snatching mobile handsets from three persons in the Bashishtha area in the city on Saturday. He was handed over to the police, but not before bashing him up. The police seized two mobile handsets and a bike from his possession. An accomplice of Kader, however, managed to escape.
