GUWAHATI, May 12: The Dispur police have arrested one Fulsan Ali from Rakhaldubi of Goalpara district on Friday night allegedly for molesting a girl in Panjabari area a week ago. After committing the crime, the accused has remained absconded. The police presented the culprit before the court and according sent to jail on Saturday.
