Prof Prabal Sengupta, former Head of the Department of Chemistry, Arya Vidyapeeth College, passed away on July 31, 2023 at 7:10 pm in his Ulubari residence. He was 83 and leaves behind a host of relatives, well wishers and former students. He was a bachelor.
