GUWAHATI: A West Guwahati Police District (WGPD) team of Fatashil Ambari Police Station arrested Shahinur Islam alias Bilal Ali of Nagarbera after five stolen mobile phones, one screwdriver used for breaking locks, one scissors, and one torch were recovered from his possession.
