GUWAHATI: A patrolling party of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from Basistha PS comprising unarmed branch constable Bipin Kalita, homeguard Mantu Talukdar and homeguard Ismailuddin Ahmed, who had arrested four drug peddlers and seized 765 gm of heroin recently, were felicitated on Tuesday by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (East).
