GUWAHATI: Janata Bhawan is officiating with skeleton staff during the total lockdown in Guwahati that began from Sunday. Only need-based office works are being done. In front of the Janata Bhawan there are provisions for sanitization and thermal scanning.
Talking to The Sentinel, SAD (Secretariat Administration Department) Commissioner-and-Secretary M Angamuthu said, "Joint Secretaries and officers above them are attending offices. There is skeleton presence of other employees. The departments themselves prepared their own attendance schedules."
