GUWAHATI: As a festive spirit gripped the city, the doctors and staff of the Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute (BBCI) also joined their patients in celebrating the festival of lights on Monday
As the patients would not be able to participate in the celebrations in the evening, earthen lamps were lit and sparklers set alight in the morning hours. Sweets were also distributed to about 500 patients and staff on the occasion.
