GUWAHATI, July 2: The Chandmari police arrested one identified Rafik Ali from Pub Sarania on Sunday night allegedly for trespassing into a residence’s campus and attempted to steal valuables. Circumstantially, the neighbors of the resident could witness the miscreant and accordingly nabbed and handed over to the police.
