GUWAHATI: Three people were arrested by the personnel of Dadara OP in connection to a money snatching incident that took place in the Amingaon area on Monday. As per reports, the victim Aftar Ali had lodged an FIR stating that Rs. 2 lakh was snatched from him by two people outside his residence. The accused have been identified as Nur Mahammad, Troilukya Das and Chandi Charan Das of Hajo and were later handed over to Hajo Police Station. The police have recovered Rs. 49,800 and a pulsar 220 motorcycle from the accused and a case has been registered at Hajo PS under case no. 140/2020 U/s 394 IPC.
