GUWAHATI: An East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) team from Jorabat Outpost of Basistha Police Station rescued Rajesh Kr Mahata of Athgaon after he was found lying unconscious with Rs 1.3 lakh cash by the roadside. Post treatment in the hospital, the person informed details of his employer. He, along with the money, were handed over safely to the employer.
