GUWAHATI: The Assam Government has relaxed the lockdown norms by allowing the grocery shops to reopen; however, the vegetable-carrying trucks would not be allowed to enter Guwahati before 12 noon. The Guwahati Police has stated that the vegetable-carrying trucks will be allowed to enter the city after 12 noon and before 4 pm.
