GUWAHATI, June 19: A mentally disturbed youth, identified as Sanatan Boro attacked a host of commuters with a sharp knife at Hengrabari on Tuesday evening. The locals present on the spot could somehow take him under their control and handed over to the Dispur police. According to police source, he went missing since yesterday from his Navanagar residence near Hengrabari.
