GUWAHATI, March 12: GRP personnel seized 25 kg ganja worth Rs 1 lakh from Down Rajdhani Express at Guwahati Railway Station on Monday. They arrested one vin Singh (20) hailing from Uttar Pradesh. The consignment taken from Dimapur was bound for Delhi.
