GUWAHATI, Dec 14: The Intertiol Human Rights Protection Forum (India) today felicitated NEEDS founder Amar Deep Paul. Bharatiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi conferred the Dr. BR Ambedkar Award, 2016 on Paul for his contribution in social works. The award was given away by Bharatiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi tiol president Dr. SP Sumanskar on at a function at Delhi December 11.
