GUWAHATI, Feb 17: As many as 19 rounds of SLR cartridges were found from an abandoned bag in a compartment of Kamakhya-Baishdevi Katra Express (Up) by GRP personnel during their routine checking at Kamakhya Station today. No arrest has been made.
