GUWAHATI, June 17: Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Anjan Dutta has constituted the Sate PCC's media communication department with Apurba Kumar Bhattacharyya, Bobbeeta Sharma, Kishore Bhattacharjee and Mehdi Alam Bora as senior spokespersons and Amal rayan Patowari, Adayanda Borgohain, Deepan Dewanjee, Prafulla Kumar Das, Rahan Jha, Ramen Borthakur, Gaurav Somani and Iftikar Yunis as spokespersons, and APCC release said.
