GUWAHATI, Nov 18: Excise personnel from Guwahati Sadar, led by SI Subhas Baishya, raided the rengi Railway Station all of a sudden this morning and seized 1500 litres country liquor and arrested 20 people. The liquor was reportedly brought from Sopur, Digaru and Mayong areas in the Kolongpar Express.
