GUWAHATI, Dec 12: The godowns and tailoring places atop fourth floor of Rupayan Arcade at Fancy Bazar in the city were burnt into ashes on Tuesday when a fire broke up there. It took two hours and a half for 11 fire tenders to douse the fire.
