GUWAHATI, Feb 16: Yet again all mechanism put in place by the SEBA so as to make the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC)/Assam High Madrassa (AHM) examitions, 2018 a smooth affair has failed.
Within an hour of the examitions being started, an English question paper with answers was leaked out in South Salmara and Cachar districts on Friday. The questions as well as their answers were out in Whatsapp.
Taking the incident seriously, the All Assam Students’ Union (AASU), in a statement issued to the press on Friday, demanded a high-level into the incident.
AASU president Dipanko Kumar th and general secretary Lurinjyoti Gogoi said that let the SEBA identify the people associated with it and disclose their mes in a transparent way so as to dispel apprehension and uncertainty among the students and the public. “The erring people have to be punished, and the future of students should not be allowed to be affected,” the statement issued by the two AASU leaders said.
