GUWAHATI, March 16: The Departmentally-related Standing Committee of Assam Legislative Committee started its meetings at Assembly Secretariat from Friday when the committee discussed issues concerning Education, Agriculture, Excise etc., departments. The committee, which has representatives from all parties, asked all departments to implement budget announcements on time.
