GUWAHATI, May 2: Kamrup Deputy Commissioner Dr. J Balaji has been transferred and posted as the State Transport Commissioner, while Baksa Deputy Commissioner Vinod Seshan has been transferred and posted as Kamrup Deputy Commissioner.
