GUWAHATI, June 30: The Union Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Ministry conferred the Best Entrepreneur Award on Basant Kumar Khetan for his outstanding performance in MSME sector in the Northeast. Khetan is the director of Neccon Power & Infra Ltd., and Pro-Chancellor of The Assam Kaziranga University, Jorhat.
