GUWAHATI, Dec 3: The Liberal Democratic Party led by former BJP leader Pradyut Bora, announced its first list of candidates for the upcoming assembly elections scheduled in 2016. In the first list released by the chairman of the party’s election committee Santikam Hazarika and convenor Ranu Baruah, the candidates for the 105 Mahmora constituency and 113 Dhemaji constituency were announced. The party has given its candidature to Kiran Ban Deori in Dhemaji and Kali Baruah in Mahmora. The party also announced that in 2016, they will field candidates in 25 to 30 constituencies.
