GUWAHATI, Dec 20: Professor Subban Ayyappan, former Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), delivered the 14th Dr. Amitabh Chowdhury Annual Memorial Lecture on 'Agriculture: the best of Cultures' at Pragjyotish ITA Cultural Centre, Machkhowa, Guwahati on December 19, 2017. The lecture was organized under the aegis of Dr. Amitabh Chowdhury Memorial Trust.
