GUWAHATI, March 2: The new Assam Pradesh Youth INTUC was formed recently at Rajiv Bhawan with Muktar Alam as the president, Umar Faruque as administrative general secretary and 24 others, including three vice presidents, 10 general secretaries and eight secretaries.
