GUWAHATI, April 25: Dibrugarh police filed an FIR at Panbazar police station on Tuesday against arrested DTO Prasenjit Ghosh for handing over a written piece of paper to an advocate in the court premises while he was being produced before the court in Guwahati on Tuesday. Investigation is going on even as no case has been registered in this regard as yet.
