GUWAHATI, Jan 31: Rajkumar Sarma, treasurer of state BJP, has been appointed as independent Director of Numaligarh Refinery Ltd today for a period of three year. The Union Ministry of Petroleum and tural Gas has issued a notification in this regard today.
