GUWAHATI, Sept 12: Rotary Club of Gauhati South celebrated the World Literacy Day by giving away awards and certificates to five ME school teachers – Trish Malakar Pub Guwahati High School’s ME section, Moushumi Bora of Dakhin Beltola ME School, Rup Rekha Sharma Noonmati ME School, Kama Rai Chowdhury of New Guwahati High School’s ME Section, and rayan Das of Gita gar ME School – recently. The headmasters and a few randomly selected students from Class VIII were in charge to evaluate the teachers’ rating. They assessed the performance of the teachers in certain qualities fixed by Rotary India Literacy Mission.
