GUWAHATI, Feb 15: An HS first year student of KC Das Commerce College, Abhish Kakati, committed suicide by jumping into the Brahmaputra from a boat at Kasomari Ghat in the Fancy Bazar area yesterday. Today, the river police recovered a bag of the student containing books, a mobile phone, an ATM card and the suicide note. The note, indistinct because of being wet, reads that the student committed suicide for not being good in studies.
