Deveshi Kulshrestha, a Jet Air Hostess was arrested on Monday from a flight which was about to leave for Hong Kong from Delhi airport, as reported.
According to reports, Kulshrestha was accused of smuggling Rs 3.34 crore in US dollars.
She was paid a good commission for smuggling foreign currency by a Hawala.
As per reports, a team of Directorate of Revenue Intelligence searched Ms Kulshrestha's bags and found foreign currency wrapped in aluminum foils.
As per her statement, the investigators said that her husband didn’t knew about her dealing into smuggling, according to reports.
