According to Reports, Garo tiol Liberation Army (GNLA) Chief Sohan Shira is suspected to be the mastermind behind the IED explosion in which NCP candidate Jothone Sangma and 3 others were killed at Samanda Block in Williamgar.
According to information received by the police, Sohan Shira was present in the district.
