According to reports, to bring more transparency for passengers and to cut overcharge and over pricing of meals, Railway Minister has asked the Railways to implement Bill system by March 31st 2018.
The Government believes this will help to cut down the corruption.
Railways will also deploy inspectors to check implementation of bill.
