Team Tarini of the Indian vy hoisted Indian Flag with great pride onboard as INSVTarini crossed the Cape Horn which is said to be the Mount Everest of sailing, as reported.
The crew of INSVTarini rounded the Cape Horn,the second of the 3 great capes that is required to be crossed for the voyage to qualify as circumvigation, as per reports.
Prime Minister rendra Modi tweeted and congratulated Team Tarini “Wonderful news! Delighted that INSV Tarini has rounded Cape Horn in the last few hours. We are extremely proud of their accomplishments.”
