Unidentified Miscreants breaks foundation stone laid by Siddhartha Bhattacharya, MLA of East Guwahati.
The foundation stone was laid on 27th March 2018 for development of Nizarapar Path.
Siddhartha Bhattacharya expresses his concern and doubts it to be because of political rivalry.
