After the death of NCP candidate Jothone Sangma in an IED explosion on 18th February in Samanda Block, the election polls for Williamgar constituency of Meghalaya is likely to postpone, according to reports.
According to guidelines of Election Commission, if any candidiate dies the election gets postponed, as per reports.
