Educational Qualification: The candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University of India.
Experience: Candidates must have served at least for 15 (Fifteen( years in any of the Deputy Commissioner, Establishment in Assam and have working experience of different branches in General and in the establishment branch in particular as per "The Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service (Amendment) Rules, 2009".
