Eligibility: Officers under the Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territories:- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; or With six years' service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-I, Scale of Pay Rs. 5200- 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- (revised Level-5 in pay matrix) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; and
