Degree in Agriculture / Veterinary Science / Dairy Technology/ Basic Sciences /Commerce/ Economics/Engineering, preferably with Management background and with at least 25 years of work experience of which the candidate should have worked for at least 5 years in a senior leadership position reporting to Managing Director/Executive Director. The applicant would need to be a senior management professional who has experience in leading/providing guidance in organization's strategic planning process, including developing strategies, implementing plans, tracking progress, and adjustment as needed. |
