I would like to express my concern over the condition of the train that was operating from North-east India. I am travelling by Vivek Express. The condition of the train is pathological. The sleeper class has become a general class, with no TTE or RPF visiting it. Even in the AC class, there is no control over the TTE. People are coming and sitting in the passenger’s seat.
The condition of the 2AC coach is no better either. The washrooms are very dirty, and no water is available on the train.
Even the catering service is charging high rates, and the food quality is very poor. I would re-quest the authority of the NF Railway Authority to look into the problems.
