In layman’s language, we understand that the word ‘AAM ADMI’ means a commoner. According-ly, to safeguard the interests of the aam admi, a new political party named AAP was formed by one ‘aam admi’ named Arvind Kejriwal with the help of gullible Anna Hazare. After long dharnas and pro-tests under Anna Hazare’s flag, the then-Congress government of Sheila Dixit was thrown out of power by Delhiites expecting a change for better governance under Kejriwal. To start with, Kejriwal mesmerised the Delhiites with some changes in health, education, PWD, etc., to name a few. He, along with his party, became a national force after AAP’s win in Punjab.
Then came his gradual unmasking of his true nature, playing ducks and drakes with public mon-ey. The recent observation made by the SC regarding Kejriwal’s overexpenditure of public money must have made the voters of Delhi repent of their wrong decisions. Mr. Kejriwal, you cannot fool all the people at all times.
