New Delhi: The share allotment of Tarsons Products was announced on Tuesday and if the investors haven't received their shares yet, then they should start getting their refund.
Upon receipt of the allotment, all the investors will get the shares in their demat account on the date of listing, which is to be held this November 26.
Usually a message is sent to each applicant on their registered phone number informing that your money is still withheld or unblocked.
The blocked funds indicate that the shares have been transferred to your account, while unblocked funds indicate that the cash has been transferred back to the investor's bank account.
The investors get a validity period while paying for the shares. The IPO amount is usually refunded one day after the IPO allotment or before the end of the validity period.
Tarson Products opened its IPO from November 15 to November 17 at a price band of Rs 635-Rs 662 per share. Subscriptions were received for 77.49 times the number of shares offered in the three days of the IPO bidding process.

The gray market premium of the company's shares has shown a premium of Rs 160 on 23rd November.
Notably, the company has raised over Rs 1,024 crore through an IPO of a fresh issue of equity shares of Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.32 crore equity shares which will be sold by the promoters and an investor.

If anyone has bid for the shares of Latent View Analytics, one can check your allotment status in two ways.
Through BSE:
Visit the official website of BSE https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx.
Then go to Status of Issue Application page.
In this, click on Equity option.
Select Tarsons in the drop down menu.
Enter the application number and then enter the PAN number.
Fill the captcha and submit.
Through the registrar's website
You can also check your status from the website of IPO Registrar Link Intime India Services Pvt Ltd. For this, visit the company's website https://www.linkintime.co.in/MIPO/Ipoallotment.html.
Select the name of the IPO from the drop down menu.
Here you can enter your PAN Number, Application Number or Client ID or Account Number/IFSC Code.
Then click on the search option.
After this your allotment status will be shown.
