Of APSC results
The APSC published the CCE-2020 notification on 08/09/2020. Multiple factors must be taken into consideration for the well-being of the candidates because time doesn't wait for anyone. Unnecessary delays in declaring the results may bring mental trauma to the candidates. Knowing results is their right to culminate the process. Along with this, the declaration of the results would pave the way for holding the next round of examination which would be helpful for the ones who are gearing up for appearing in the civil services examination.
With patience, endurance and hope, the candidates are waiting to see the fate of the results upon which their career trajectory and professional life are based. July 27 would mark 688 days since the publication of the CCE notification, and the start of the examination process. Any further stretching of the current status quo would seriously break down the mental stability of the candidates who have been fighting against all odds during these 688 days. Thus, it is in the right of every candidate to know what the final outcome is.
To conclude on a serious and happier note, we cannot stop praising the APSC for asking one of the most defining questions to us of all time, amongst many in the existence of our ethos: "Define, according to your lights, the etymology of the words 'Asam' and 'Asamiya'?" in the General Studies V paper.
Without further delay, with humble prayers from the honest student community, the decision-making authorities must take "appropriate and necessary all-encompassing steps" to declare the results in light of the fact that these very students would be responsible tomorrow for shaping the trajectory of Governance delivery towards a brighter future.
