A man form Virginia, USA, won over Rs. 1.97 crore using lottery numbers he saw in a dream.
As per reports, a retiree from Henrico County named Alonzo Coleman told state lottery officials that he used a set of lottery numbers that came to him in a dream to buy a ticket for a recent Bank A Million drawing on June 11.
He split his $2 bet four ways based on this set of four numbers and ended up winning Rs. 1.9 crore when they matched the first six numbers drawn 13-14-15-16-17-18.
Coleman was watching the drawing when he looked down at his ticket and realised the numbers were the same as on the screen.
The only number he missed was the Bonus Ball, 19.
"It was hard to believe!" he told the Virginia Lottery. "It still hasn't hit me yet!"
Coleman bought the ticket from a corner mart in his hometown in the Greater Richmond Region.
According to the Virginia Lottery, the odds of winning the top prize of $1 million are 1 in 3.8 million and the probability of winning any prize is 1 in 18.3.
