Silicon Valley: Apple launches a water bottle which is priced around Rs 4,600 in India. The water bottle, which looks futuristic, has been named Hidrate Spark.
The launch comes in the wake of the unveiling of a polishing cloth for the bottle worth a whopping Rs. 1,900 by the US-based trillion-dollar company.
The Hydrate Spark water bottle is listed on Apple's website and retail stores for $59.95 (nearly ₹4,600). However, the product has currently not hit the Indian markets and is only available in the US market now.
The hi-tech water bottle is quite unique as it has the capability to monitor the daily intake of water or fluid and synchronize it with Apple Health.
The Hidrate Spark comes in two variants: HidrateSpark Pro is priced at $59.95 while the HidrateSpark Pro STEEL will cost $79.95.
The Hidrate Spark Pro STEEL has two colour variants, Silver and Black. It boasts of an LED sensor that senses the water intake and alerts Apple Health via Bluetooth connection. On the other hand, The HidrateSpark Pro is available in two colour variants, Black and Green, and it has similar features.
The so-called world's smartest water bottle has stainless steel, vacuum-insulated chug that keeps the drinks chilled for up to 24 hours.
The bottle also contains a protective spout river and lock that helps keep out dirt and germs and also prevents spillage.
Meanwhile, iPhones and watches that have iOS 12.3, watchOS 4.3 and their respective later versions are compatible with HidrateSpark Pro and HidrateSpark Pro STEEL.
The state of the art water bottle consists of a chug lid, a straw lid and a rechargeable battery for fast-charging capabilities.
