Guwahati: Adolescence with longer, and insufficient sleep may develop a higher risk for — lower BP, heart diseases, obesity, lower cholesterol levels, mood disorders as per many studies done by pediatrics researchers. Gangwish (psychiatry researchers at Columbia university), says that insufficient sleep gives negative impact on physical health, and children’s mental, and emotional capabilities as well and advised parents to set a fine bedtime.
